We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We appreciate your business and want you to love your Royal Sweet Tees' items as much as we do!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at Royalsweettess@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your items. We will do our best to rectifying any issues. 
  • Custom Items, Hats and journals are FINAL SALE.
  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are FINAL SALE.
  • Sale/Bundle Items are FINAL SALE.
If a refund request is granted, the item must be returned unused in its original packaging. (Delivery/Shipping charges are not refundable)

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
  • Royal Sweet Tees' items are custom made. Normal processing time is 7-10 business days. 
  • After processing, most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail which includes tracking. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
  • Pre-Orders will be processed within 21-30 business days. 
  • If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 

Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. 

If any damage has been found, please email pictures to  hello@royalsweettees.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.

Sizing 

  • We offer women fitted tees and unisex fitted tees. The women cut fitted tees RUN SMALL. Please consider ordering 1-2 sizes up. The hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger.
  • Please see the product description and size chart for each item for reference.
